Corporate Overview

Apoquindo Minerals Inc. (TSX.V:AQM) is a Canadian-based copper and mineral exploration company. Our purpose is the acquisition and development of base metal deposits in South America. Management and directors have extensive experience working for the world's largest mining companies as well as several exploration companies.

Apoquindo is currently developing the Antakena Project which hosts NI 43-101 resources on neighboring leachable copper oxide deposits. These deposits maintain significant potential for resource expansion. The deposits are located in the largest copper producing region in the world, the Antofagasta Region in the north of Chile. The Antofagasta Mining belt produces almost 40% of the worlds copper needs and hosts excellent infrastructure, water supplies, electricity and a knowledgeable work force.

Apoquindo, through its wholly owned subsidiary in Peru, Minera Koritambo SAC, is developing the Zafranal Porphyry Cu-Au Project. Zafranal is located in the department of Arequipa, Peru, within the copper rich Paleocene Copper Porphyry Belt, host to world class copper deposits, such as Toquepala, Cerro Verde, and Cuajone. Zafranal has seen over 11,000m of drilling which have identified a 2.5km long zone of copper gold mineralization nearly 1km wide. Several other porphyry targets exist on the property which will be drill tested during the 2009/2010 exploration program.

Apoquindo, through its wholly owned subsidiary in Peru, Minera Koritambo SAC, has optioned the Pachagon Porphyry Copper Project located in the department of La Libertad, Peru, and for which it is currently seeking a joint venture partner.
