Juan Villarzu Chairman & Director
	Juan Villarzu joined as Chairman of Apoquindo in January 2008, bringing to the company his vast experience in mining and in the Chilean public and private sectors. He spent 9 years as the President and CEO of the world's largest copper producer, Codelco Chile; he was also Chairman of the International Copper Association (ICA), considered the leading organization for the promotion of copper worldwide. Mr. Villarzu has held other such prestigious positions as Member of the APEC Business Advisory Council, Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of Chile and Senior Economist to the World Bank. Mr. Villarzú has a Masters in Economics from the University of Chicago and has been recognized for numerous commendations and awards including: "The Economist of the Year, 1997" (Department of Economics and Alumni Association of the University of Chile); and "The Copper Man of the Year, 2005" (Ankh Award, the Copper Club Inc., New York, USA.)


Cesar Lopez President, CEO & Director
	Cesar Lopez, LL.M., is a partner of Lopez & Ashton, a firm which provides legal, accounting, and business platform services for foreign investors and local clients in Chile, particularly within the natural resources and mining sectors. Mr. Lopez has served as legal counsel, advisor, representative, and director for both Chilean and foreign companies, specializing in the mining, natural resources, and financial sectors. Mr. Lopez's extensive experience in the resource sector has gained him a wide base of contacts, from local and regional property owners and mining industry suppliers to mineral industry executives of both junior and major mining companies. Mr. Lopez holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Gabriela Mistral University. He completed graduate studies in marketing at the University of California (Berkeley) and obtained a Master of International Law degree (LL.M) from Golden Gate University.


Jozsef Ambrus Director
	Jozsef Ambrus, Geologist & PhD, has over 38 years in exploration and development of mineral resources, evaluation of mining projects, strategic planning, and mining business assessment. He spent 10 years with Codelco, the largest mining company in Chile. During the nineties Mr. Ambrus was Senior Vice President of Exploration and Strategic Planning for TVX Gold Inc. Since 1996 Mr. Ambrus has been President of Geovectra S.A., and since 1998 has been a Board Member of Antofagasta Minerals. Mr. Ambrus holds degrees from the University of Chile and Salamanca University in Spain, and has been designated a geologist since 1970 and a Doctor of Earth Sciences since 1979. Throughout his career, Mr. Ambrus has been actively involved in the discovery and early development of several mineral deposits in Chile.


Stephanie Ashton Administrative Manager & Director
	Stephanie Ashton, MBA, is a partner of Lopez & Ashton, a firm which provides legal, accounting, and business platform services for foreign investors and local clients in Chile, particularly within the natural resources and mining sectors. Mrs. Ashton has over 25 years of work experience in management consulting and auditing for multinational companies in Europe, North America and South America. In Chile since 1995, she has focused on providing consulting and management services to foreign mining companies operating in Latin America. Mrs. Ashton graduated from Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris, France (HEC) with an MBA in International Legal & Tax Strategy after completing a B.Sc. from California Polytechnic State University (San Luis Obispo, California) in International Business.


Bruno Behn T. Director
	Bruno Behn, Civil Mining Engineer, brings to the company over 40 years of experience in mine development and management, having developed his professional career in Chile's state-owned ENAMI and Codelco. Between 1990 and 1995 Mr. Behn was the General Manager of Codelco's Salvador Division. Mr. Behn stood as head of the Mining Engineering Department of the University of Chile from 1996 to 2001, and continues his involvement as a University Professor. Currently Mr. Behn is a consultant and director of various mining companies. Mr. Behn earned his Engineering degree from the University of Chile.


Howard Crosby Director
	Howard Crosby, Mining Entrepreneur, has more than 25 years of mining industry experience. Early in his career Mr. Crosby served as Vice President of UNC Nuclear Industries, a Division of United Nuclear Corporation, which was extensively involved in uranium exploration and production in the western United States. Since September 1989, he has been the president of Crosby Enterprises Inc., a private consulting company. Mr. Crosby is currently an officer and/or director of White Mountain Titanium Corp., Plasmet Corporation, and Golden Eagle Mining Company. Mr. Crosby has been instrumental in securing over $100 million in equity financing for resource companies over the last five years.


Juan Enrique Vargas Director
	Juan Enrique Vargas, Civil Mining Engineer, has more than 34 years in mine development, evaluation in mining projects and mine management. Mr. Vargas has been responsible for the construction and operation of various mining projects, as well as the design, planning, and auditing of open pit and underground operations. Mr. Vargas has previously worked as Operations Manager for the Luksic Group (Antofagasta Minerals), Vice President of South American Operations for TVX Gold Inc., Project Manager for the La Coipa Project, and Vice President of Operations for Compañía Nacional de Minería. During the last 10 years, Mr. Vargas has been a consultant and multidisciplinary Project Manager for various engineering projects both in Chile and abroad. Currently, Mr. Vargas is a Project Manager and Consultant for NCL Ingeniería y Construcción S.A., a Chilean consulting firm for the mining industry. Mr. Vargas holds his Engineering degree from the "Universidad Técnica del Estado".
